Troszkę pozmieniałem niektóre zdania;

1. On musi posprzątać to sam - He must clean it himself / He has to clean it himself

2. Czy możesz pobrać ta opłatę/cenę z tej kwoty 500 zł ?- Can you charge that fee/amount/price from the 500PLN ?

3. Zrobię to, jeśli nie obciążysz mnie za nie dosłanie dokumentów -
I'll do it if you won't charge me for not posting the documents.

3. Zrobię to, jeśli nie obciążysz mnie za nieotrzymane dokumenty -
I'll do it if you won't charge me for the documents not received / not received documents

4. Zapytałem czy będziemy tam na czas. - I('ve) asked, if we would be there on time.
