Of course I have to thank you for an e-mail ;) That's nice of you. Okay Let's get down to your issues concerning your journey.
First of all I have to say that your choice is really interesting. Crocow is very good option for people who like go sightseeing like you! ;)
Okay, It goes without saying, that the best option to get to Crocow is the train. It is relatively cheap, and safe mean of transport. I totally don't recommend to you go there by bus. The trip will take you about 6-7 hours, and of course is much tiring than travel by train. Of course In Poland we have a lot of railway companies, and each of them have theirs rules dealing with a seat reservation. I fully recommend you to go by IR - it is abbreviation of name of the train PR. This company offers you the cheapest ticket in the market! And Let's get back to the Museum. No the National museum is located about 10 km far from the centre. And the public transport in Crocow is well-developed. So don't bother you can go there both by tram and by bus.

Cracow*

to get to Cracow is train* - tutaj "the" jest niepotrzebne. Nie mowisz o konkretnym pociagu a o formie komunikacji wiec ogolnie.

I totally recommend you not to go there by bus* - jezeli jest mozliwosc uzycia przeczenia poza operatorem to zawsze bedzie lepiej (p.s. recommend you, not recommend to you)

The trip will take* - bez "you"

each of them have theirs rules* - each of them has its(its own) rules(kazda z firm czyli kazda jedna firma dlatego musi byc "has")firma nie jest osoba wiec lepiej uzyc "its"

Nie zaczynamy zdania od "and" - The public transport in Cracow is well-developed, so don't bother you can go there both by tram and bus.

I fully recommend you to go by IR - it is abbreviation of name of the train PR.* - IR nie moze byc skrotem od PR. powinno byc "it is an abbreviation of the name of the regional train"

Cracow is a very good option... for people who like to go...

I totally don't recommend to you going there by bus.

The trip will take you.. and of course it can be much more tiring than traveling by train.

I fully reccomend to you going by IR
