Czy ten tekst jest poprawny ? Czy dobrze są ułożone zdania ?

Moim zdaniem lepiej będzie tak : Hi,
Two days ago I moved to my new farmhouse. My house is by the lake and in the country.
Close to my farmhouse there is an ancient church, bus stop and one modern hospital.
In the main street there is a small shop and greengrocer.
My cottage is well-equipped. I have five rooms and one big garden.
In the kitchen there is a cupboard, dishwasher and fridge. In bathroom there is a white carpet, several clean towels, washing machine and bath.
In the living room and dining room there are two armchairs and one expensive TV.
My farmhouse has central heating, intercom and driveway. It is very safe house.

Myślę że jest już dużo lepiej

(1) kiedy mowa o tym, że coś gdzieś jest, znacznie lepiej jest użyć konstrukcji "there is/are";
(2) trochę dziwnie brzmi tu "one" - zwykle mówimy "jest nowy szpital" a nie "jest jeden nowy szpital"; tak samo dalej "one big garden" brzmi trochę nienaturalnie, może lepiej "a big garden"?
(3) całe to wymienianie co gdzie jest - in my kitchen there is x, y and z - jest poprawne, ale w całej pracy tyle razy się powtarza, że brzmi denerwująco dla słuchacza. Proszę pomyśleć o innej konstrukcji, np. "I have a cupboard, a dishwasher and a fridge in the/my kitchen; and a white carpet, several clean towels, a washing machine and a bath in the bathroom."

Poza opisanymi problemami jest jeszcze jeden, poważny - przedimki. Niemal zupełnie pomija je Pani w pracy. Całość jest niezła i ciekawa, ale całość traci właśnie przez te braki.
