Coś na rozluźnienie, czyli "tax on the shadows"

12 lat temu
AIPA (Italian Agency of Public Administration) has imposed the shops of the italian city of Cagliari to pay a tax on the shadows projected by their shop signs on public space (for example the pavement/street). Although the tax has existed since 1997, it has only just been put into practice in a few locations.

This "tax on the shadows" as expected, is causing numerous complaints and arguments involving primarily the retailers of the Sardinian capital, also because it has been put into practice right in the middle of an economic crisis. The cost of this annual tax varies depending on the size of the shadow, but the complaints are mainly about the apparent unfairness and absurdity of the tax.
