A full sentence would be "They were angry with me".

Here 'still' can be in the sense: 1. 'despite' or 2. 'after time' or 3. 'after an event'
Phrases can be written "... ; ... though" or "... but ...", it means the same.

Examples
1. I am their friend; they were still angry with me though.
2. It happened yesterday; they were still angry with me though.
3. I'd apologised; they were still angry with me though.
