"Rozmowy sterowane" prosze o sprawdzenie:)

Ma w nim zawrzeć kiedy zauważyłam ze produkt jest wadliwy, opisac reakcje ekspedientki i wspomniec o konsekwencjach, prosze o sprawdzenie poprawnosci i ewentualnie dopisanie czegoś pasującego aby go troche wydłużyć:)

-Yes, of course London is wonderful.Monuments, Big Ben,Buckingham Palace,
open-top bus tour- almost everything was great!
-what do you mean 'almost'
- i had upsetting situation.
it was raining when i was sightseeing so my hair was wet.
So,i bought a hairdryer in shop next to my hotel.at the beginning it was working very well, but next day when i washed my hair an i wanted dry it i noticed a small cloud of smoke.when i unplugged it i get electric shock.
-That's terrible!what did you do?if i were you i would come back to shop an ask for full refund.
-that's exactly what i did!
-what was shop assistant reaction?
-She told me they never give refund on item bought in the sales!She treated me disrespectfully.Her behaviour was impolite!She picked quarrel!
-what happened next?
-nothing.i didn't got my money back.
For that reason i avoid a sales and bargains.
