The table shows statistics of students in home-schooled program in five grades between 1999 and 2000.
The largest number of home-schooled children with 2.9% was for kindergarten. During a whole period of time the percentage of home-schooled students grow steadily from 2.4% in 1999 to 2.9% in 2004. It can be clearly seen that the figures in the next groups: grade 1-2, grade 3-4 and grade 5-6 fluctuated hitting a peak in 2004 at 2,1%, 2.2% and 2.6% respectively. The lowest number of home-schooled students was in 2000 in grade 1-2 , 1.2% and 2000-2011 in grade 5-6, 1.3%.
There is steady increase during the whole period of time in grade 3-4. In comparison with grade 7-8 percentage of home-schooled students remain at the same level (1.6 percent) for the first three years and then rapidly increased hitting a peak at 2.5% in 2004.

3. "increase" to rzeczownik, dlatego potrzebny jest przedimek.
4. Skoro "increased", to także "remained" - proszę konsekwentnie używać czasu przeszłego.
