"Last Monday I met a person Who get me the several advices for my hobby." - who gave me
Few days later... - bez "a"; liczba mnoga.
"..., Who sent me the sedes and un-known a oak roots" - znów piszesz who z dużej litery, dlaczego? =)Po za tym wydaje mi się, że w tym przypadku "which" zamiast "who" byłoby odpowiedniejsze.
"the sedes" - to jakaś odmiana kwiata czy chodziło o polski kibelek? :D
"oak roots" - znów liczba mnoga, czyli bez "a" - a jak już w liczbie pojedynczej to "an"
"Tomorrow, I am going to go adoption to the married couple's house" - nie do końca rozumiem to zdanie, czy chodziło Ci o: "Jutro zamierzam zająć się domem tej pary." ? W sensie wystrojem?
W przedostatnim zdaniu lepiej użyć "We are going to talk about...", bo nigdy niewiadomo jak potoczy się rozmowa i czy będzie na taki temat jaki planowaliśmy ;-)
i zamiast "which" powinno być "from".
"Every day I set an exotic plants" - tego nie rozumiem. Chodziło Ci o 'grow' (hodować), 'exhibit' (wystawiać), czy coś innego?
"Last Monday I met a person who gave me a couple/a few/some pieces of advice concerning my hobby" - 'advice' nie ma liczby mnogiej.
"A few days later" jest poprawne, a few - kilka, trochę, parę (samo 'few' bez prrzedimka 'a' oznacza niewiele, mało)
"a married couple who/that sent me some seeds and little-known oak roots"- sent to wysłali, więc logiczniej by było 'who later sent me' albo 'that gave me', 'unknown' - nieznane, wydaje mi się, że lepiej byłoby 'little-known' (mało znane).
"write to them"
"plants from Asia" - Asian plants
"I am going to go adoption to the married couple's house." - tego też nie rozumiem, 'adoption' to adopcja.
"a delicious cheesecake"
"amazing flowers which different states" - from different countries? Chyba, że chodziło Ci o stany Ameryki.
Pozdrawiam.
